Lawless Outboard outdrive

This R Mfg. billet outdrive is designed for large scale boats needing outboard power and a Zenoah style gasoline engine. Aftermarket engine types will fit also as long as they use the Zenoah front bolt spacing. It is supplied with all necessary parts to assemble the lower end and all mounting parts to secure it to the hull transom and engine. An extra flex shaft and guide tube is included. You will need to supply an engine, exhaust system, propeller and throttle cable.  supplies of this custom made part will be limited. $425.00

B.H. Hanson Pro Clutch Mount

Designed specifically for our Pro Clutch, this new drive side mount works with our quick change recoil side mount. Both are vertically slotted for quick engine removal and getting exact shaft alignment. The compact design allows you to get rearward engine placement without radio box clearance problems. Sold as a set with all mounting hardware. $48.50

The B.H. Hanson Pro Clutch is designed for long life and trouble free use with it's hard anodized clutch bell and sealed bearings. It uses a genuine Zenoah rear housing and clutch shoes along with our billet enclosed and ventilated front end for low dust operation. It comes with your choice of a round or square drive collete and all hardware needed to mount on your Zenoah or Zenoah clone engine. As with all of our aftermarket products, this accessory is US made. - $129.00

EZ Pull starter.

This recoil starter is designed to replace the recoil on any PU based engine. It sits approximately 1/2 inch taller then a regular starter. When you pull the cord, you wind a spring that transfers the energy to the engine eliminating the jerky feeling of a regular starter. This is especially useful for Helicopter and outboard engine use with light mounting.  When requested on a new modified engine purchase from us, there will be no additional charge to supply this recoil in exchange.  One of our accessory piston stops is recommended as the recoil engager will have to be installed after the engine is mounted on the recoil plate.   $38.00

Fuel Bag

With a 16 ounce capacity, this fuel bag will solve the problem of water in your tank after a blow over because it's sealed and requires no venting. This bag works with all carburetors and mounts easily between your rails using the pre punched mounting flaps. - $6.25

 

Carburetors

We stock  WT 257, 643 ,644 and WA 167 carburetors. Prices vary. All WT carburetors come with the same .500 bore. The difference is that some carburetors have chokes, different fuel metering characteristics and air horn entry shape.  If you would like a real big bore carburetor order one of our specially modified 257 or 643 models as shown.  We precision bore the carburetor .030, recess the included stainless mounting screws for clean air flow , and cut the velocity stack into the carburetor face.  These carburetors are standard equipment on our Hornet engine. All our Carburetors are Genuine Walbro and not the copies that are being sold as OE - $58.00

Teflon carb and iso block gaskets .

These gaskets help solve the heat transfer problem that allows the inserts to pull out of the factory Zenoah Iso block and cause air leaks.. The iso block gasket is supplied as standard equipment on BH Hanson Pro plus and  Max PUH heli engines.  Iso block gasket supplied with washers. $2.95 ea. $5.50 set

 

Metal Isolator Block

Metal spacer block with thick Teflon gaskets to eliminate the potential leakage problem with the factory Zenoah block when exposed to heat. Uses factory hardware. $29.95 outright or $24.99 when exchanged for factory block and gaskets at time of new engine purchase. This is good insurance for all Heli. engines.

 

 

Engine Tools

A flywheel puller and piston stop are must have accessories if you do your own engine work. The use of these parts ensures that you don't twist your crankshaft out of true when removing your flywheel, prop hub or recoil pulley and makes service much easier. These parts are heavy duty and supplied by Zenoah. Puller assembly $41.99 , piston stop 14.99
