Our most popular engine with new modifications for 2007. Modifications include, M-cut lightweight piston,increased compression, enlarged exhaust and intake window areas, enlarged transfer ports,increased intake and exhaust timing, balanced flywheel,metal recoil ring, distinctive water jacket , WT 257 carburetor standard. Typical speeds using our standard Pro Mod and B.H. Hanson Exhaust in an Aeromarine 44 inch Avenger using a 6717 3 blade prop are 56 to 58 MPH.

For balanced and trued crankshaft, bearings set for crankshaft end play and seals converted to our low drag style, add $30.00

Hornet Engine: 5.9 HP @ 16,000 RPM (comes with your choice of carburetor) - $575

Our most powerful Zenoah engine producing 5.9 HP @16,000 RPM while still producing 5HP @13,800 RPM and 5HP at 18,000 RPM. Timing custom set for your application. Modifications include M-cut lightweight piston with polished dome, increased compression, enlarged intake and exhaust ports with race timing, extensive transfer port modification with pocket ports, crankshaft trued and balanced with bearings set for end play and seals modified for low drag, intake block matched faced off and matched to cylinder, bored out and bell mouthed 257 or 643 carburetor, flywheel balanced, engraved water jacket, metal recoil ring. These engines are custom made and will require at least a week to ship from order placement depending on our work load.

This kit comes with all parts you need with the exception of the shown piston to convert your stock 260 PUM engine to an advertised 6 HP engine. For optimum high RPM performance and smooth running, add one of our specially machined lightweight relieved skirted pistons.

JG Bottom End Kit.

This kit is designed to work with the JG V2 Hemi top end kit to turn your engine into a front intake/rear exhaust engine.. The kit comes as shown with bottom end with 4 bearings and low drag seals, motor mounts, billet piston, special wrist pin and clips, water cooled header flange with header for 7/8th pipes, re timed flywheel, angled carb mount, your choice of round or square drive collet, gaskets and necessary hardware. Advertised horsepower is 6.5 with 19,500 RPM capability. $595.00

Professionally assembled JG Billet engine with coils, NGK spark plug, 257 carb, ready to run. $1200.00

Another great product from J&G. This total billet custom engine comes with everything you need to mount it into your hull....mounts for 5 inch rails, collet, 100 degree header, steel tuned pipe with internal stinger for quieter running, throttle linkage. Its small size is shown above compared to a standard Zenoah. At 6 lbs W/O exhaust, it is lighter then the competition while still providing great power and dependability for larger hulls. It's rated at 7.8 HP and turns 16,500 RPM. $1600.00
